I started my career in waste management in 1994 as a volunteer collector/driver on Avon FoEs Bristol kerbside dry recycling contract. I have extensive practical experience of kerbside waste collection operations both as a contractor and as a local authority waste management officer for a number of south west local authorities. I have managed waste contracts and depots designed collection vehicles, rolled out award winning services and developement and implimented inovative communications campaigns.
