Context is everything. If you don't know the terrain, you can't plan your journey. If you don't plan your journey, you won't arrive at your destination. My work is about looking at the context in which an organisation is operating, and creating a plan to ensure that the organisation's vision is achieved. I work within a community context because when everyone participates, the best outcomes are achieved. Community is where human rights are upheld, the sick find their way to health, the underprivileged are nourished, asylum seekers are provided with a haven and minorities find a voice.
