With experience in finance, accounting, and law, Edward Adams guides the corporate law practice Adams Grumbles, LLP. In his current practice, he represents cases spanning corporate transactions and intellectual property while offering corporate advisory services. Edward Adams additionally holds a University of Minnesota Law School endowed chair in law and finance. He instructs in the university’s MBA program and law school. As an educator, he is interested in designing ways of incorporating technology into a legal education framework.
