1. Google's Artificial Intelligence created the name for our Monalisa project, referring to
Leonardo da Vinci's painting, where in the image she appears to be hiding a wristwatch
that would be invented in the future more than 300 years later, because our exercise in
predicting the future was successfully accomplished by predicting the pole position
time of the Formula 1 Monaco and France stages 2 days in advance with millisecond
accuracy, for example, I posted on LinkedIn before the Monaco stage the pole position
time in milliseconds would be 166, and Hamilton had the time of 1m10.166s, and before
the France stage the time would be 319 and Hamilton had the time of 1m28, 319s.
To predict these results we started a Machine Learning procedure in February 2018.

didn´t think of this just to relate the facts of the works of art, but because we understand
that Prince is the ideal partner for a project like Monalisa, by its honest principles,
striving for constant improvement in Saudi Arabia and the planet we live on.
2. Founding The Company: Monalisa will
predict any Stock Exchange Index in a day in
advance.
Monalisa will be founded in the country of choice of the main investor. We may adapt to the laws of any country and
rules of any stock exchange. The participation of each investor will be described in the company's articles of
association, so that there is no interest of the project creators to sell 100% of their shares, remaining in the operation
of the business, to help the administrators.

4. Investment Justification:

Monalisa will use an I.A algorithm to predict The Stock Exchange index chosen by our main investor. The
Machine Learning algorithm will need to be written by the professionals described in the cost table on page 3.
After testing the system in a unique and undisclosed certification procedure, any human errors that may occur
will be corrected until the system becomes perfect, with the objective of predicting The Stock Exchange Index
one day in advance.
When the system will be perfect, we will send it to Norton Rose Fulbright, our worldwide trusted legal services
partner, to scan every line of the algorithm, issuing a document that the algorithm is legal to the global financial
laws and the rules of the chosen stock exchange, mainly proving that there is no form of illegal trading or insider
information in the lines of Monalisa´s algorithm.
This will ensure that Monalisa, as a company, will have market reliability. Following this procedure, a Google
Artificial Intelligence´s professional will issue a second opinion supporting Norton Rose Fulbright's report
5. Monalisa Company
Counting on the initial investment, at this point of the project, after 16 months, we have the Monalisa system
working perfectly, predicting the chosen Stock Exchange index one day in advance.
The Monalisa initial capital to invest in the market will be defined, based on the planning we will make together
with our main investor.
However, we can do a simulation by exemplifying a Hedge Fund operation that Monalisa may do.

Example: A small bank is our main investor and has approximately US$ 18 billion in its interbank deposit
portfolio available daily, and we know through the Monalisa system that the stock market will rise 1.2% the next
day.
What can we do?
We may buy the shares that builds the index at a pre-fixed price from our operator, which will guarantee at least
a 1.2% return when we sell the same shares at the appropriate trading time of the same day.
This return is still considered low, because Monalisa, knowing the variation of the general index of the stock
market that day, will know the variation of each share that build the index, so we can buy the ones that will go
higher. But suppose we will only have a return of 1.2% on that day and the interbank deposit portfolio yields less
than 0.1%, making a primary account, we will have a net return of 1.1% on the US$ 20 billion invested, this
means a bank's profit of approximately US$ 198 million in a single day, WITH NO RISK.
