This letter is written to provide a reference for Mr. Edward Liscio. Ed was hired by me when I was the CEO
of Acusis LLC as our Chief Technology Officer, covering all technical, R&D and software development
functions. In this function he did a superb job, executing projects that were mission critical to daily operations
and also handling the next stage of our technical evolution by working on advanced projects.
Ed has many strong qualities and having worked with many technical executives over the years in different
firms I can say without reservation that Ed was one of the very few who was able to balance his management
efforts between the day-to-day operations and activity management and making sure that we were carefully
thinking of the next move with regard to our overall strategy. In other words, he was far more to Acusis than
a CTO but also participated in strategy sessions. Furthermore, Mr. Liscio has excellent communication skills,
intelligence, a superb work ethic and a positive, resourceful approach to problem solving.
In summary, I offer my highest recommendation for Mr. Liscio and feel that he would be an outstanding
candidate for a senior level executive leadership role where initiative, drive and the ability to execute would be
advantageous. I would hire him again in the future without hesitation.
