ABOUT ECO4CLOUD. Eco4Cloud, a spin-off from Italy’s National Research Council (CNR) and University of Calabria, has developed and produced innovative and very effective software solutions to optimize consolidation of virtual machines, cut highly virtualized data centers’ cost and maximize IT performances. Eco4Cloud also helps IT Operations Team to monitor and control virtualized environments and to automate workload placement in order to meet SLA. Eco4Cloud solutions have been tested on several deployments such as Telecom Italia’s, and validated by industry leaders such as VMware, Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard and IBM.
