2. ABOUT
Dr Saeeda Khan is a qualified Anaesthesiologist (M.D., D.N.B., D.A.,
M.B.B.S.) & L.L.B, born to Malik Muhammed Islam & Malik Rakiya
Khatoon, on 14 June 1969. She is Chairperson of Albarkat Malik
Muhammed Islam English High School and Chairperson of Mrk Dialysis
centre & Rehbar Foundation. She is sincerely determined to reach out
to the masses and bring about a positive change in the lives of those
he touches
3. EARLY LIFE
Born to Malik Muhammed Islam & Malik Rakiya Khatoon, on 14 June
1969 at Mumbai. Dr. Saeeda Khan got married to an accomplished
Businessman Mr. Arif Khan. The couple has a son Muhammed Amaan
Khan and they live in Mumbai.
She fought bravely for the betterment and up gradation of Municipal
Schools and hospitals. Being always driven to help those in need, her
voluminous social initiatives have led to an overall improvement in the
quality of life in all the regions. As a Social worker she is concerned
with helping individuals, families, groups and communities to enhance
their individual and collective well-being and aims to help people
develop their skills and their ability by using her own resources and
those of the community to resolve problems.
4. EDUCATION
Dr. Saeeda Arif Khan studied at the Anjuman Islam School (Kurla),
Mumbai. Later on Post Graduated in Science from Mumbai University.
She subsequently completed an M.B.B.S (Gold Medalist) degree from
MS Ramiya Medical College Bangalore University in 1992. In the year
1996 she completed Diploma in Anesthesia from Lokmanya Tilak
Municipal Medical College Mumbai. She became a Diplomate of
National Board (DNB) in the year 1999. Thus, her professional
qualification is M.D, M.B.B.S, D.N.B, D.A. She is a highly qualified
professional and a humble human being with a passion to serve the
society.
5. CAREER
Dr. Saeeda Arif Khan is a Municipal Corporator elected from the L-
Ward Kurla Mumbai Constituency – ward No - 168, and representing
Shikshak Nagar (Kurla) as a Politician and a member of Nationalist
Congress Party.
As a Doctor and a surgeon by profession she has served many
hospitals across Mumbai such as Breach Candy Hospital, Guru Nanak
Hospital , Kohinoor Hospital, Millat Nursing Home, Fauzia Hospital,
Kurla Nursing Home, City Hospital Kurla, Habib Hospital Kurla and
many more.
