Mindful Ohio is the umbrella under which all of Dr. Marich’s training, consultation, publishing, community outreach classes, artistic endeavors and retreat activities operate. Although Dr. Marich is involved with many ventures, they are all united by the mission of mindful living and sharing its benefits with others. The long-term purpose of the organization is to offer a collective for clinical or wellness educators, wellness professionals, and community members to share and receive services that promote the benefits of mindful living in all areas of life. Dr. Marich also developed the Dancing Mindfulness practice and actively trains facilitators (www.dancingmindfulness.com).
