Dr. Nelson's activism for the employment rights of experienced American citizen technical professionals began in 1979. He has twice testified in the U.S. House of Representatives and twice to the National Academy of Sciences. He has published extensively and has been interviewed by numerous TV, radio, magazine and newspaper reporters. In response to apparent political corruption, he attempted to run for the U.S. House of Representatives in 1995.
