-Do warm-up before playing sports
-Do stop exercising if you feel ill
-Do obey the coach’s/teacher’s instructions
-Do hydrate yourself regularly
-Do rest well after playing sports
DON’TS
-Don’t wear jewelry or watches
    to prevent injury to self or
others
-Don’t run on wet surfaces
-Don’t over-exert yourself
-Don’t eat 2 hours prior to
exercise
-Don’t use the wrong breathing
technique
