I have experience in the content areas of Freshman Experience a college readiness course, ABA teaching for children with disabilities, Social Studies, English Language Arts, Reading and Physical Education... I'm a fitness trainer with experience in Track and Field, Basketball, Soccer and Volleyball. I incorporate speed, strength, agility, power, flexibility and a number of other key components to maintain a healthy and nutritious life style.
