An unexpected layoff from a top ten bank led me to starting delli Carpini Farm in May 2014. It's a bio-intensive sustainable organic diverse vegetable farm. Prior to that I worked in quality process management, customer assistance, underwriting, SBA lending, quality assurance, due diligence, collections and portfolio conversion at Capital One and Bank of America. Since 1985 I have led the pop trio Cashmere Jungle Lords as chief singer, songwriter and guitarist.
