I am pleased to inform you that the remuneration package for the Officers has been revised and in
relation to your performance in the year 1998 ,the fbllowing changes are being made in your
compensation.
l.Your basic salary will be revised to Rs.5560/- (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty
Only ) with effect from 1st April 1999.
2.In relation to thg performance ofyour site ramely,Mohali Works in 1998 and your performance
during 1998 a one time individual performance reward (tump sum) of Rs.550O/- (Rupees
Five Thousand Five Hundred Only) in April 1999.
3.In relation to your perfiorrnance in team based culfiire you will be paid a one time team reward
(lump-sum) ofRs.15000 /- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) in the month of April 1999.
