Weather
in Spring
The weather in March is coolly and wet and temperature is about 8-10 °C but is warmer than other
Ukrainian cities due to southern climate. The snow is melting, and the first flowers can be seeing. It is
rather sunny and it’s rather windy in March and in April. The temperature in the middle of spring is
about 12-14 °C. Nights are still cool (about 5-7 °C). May is very sunny and warm (18-20 °C). It’s
possible to swim and have sun-baths in the middle of this month. It’s the most green and flowering
month in the year.

in Summer
The average temperature in Odessa in summer is somewhat warm at 20 -
28°C (67 °F). The weather in June is a little parched with intermittent rain.
Sea water temperature in refreshing enough, near 20 °C.
July is the warmest month in the year in Odessa. The temperature is about
29-32 °C and temperature of water in the sea is about 23-24 °C. The
weather in August is almost like in July. The water in the sea is still rather
warm till 25-28 of August.

Weather
in Autumn
September is very warm and sunny. It’s about 20-22 °C and it’s possible to swim till the middle of the
month. Most of summer beach clubs and restaurants are still working till the end of September. October is
also the most warm month in compares to other Ukrainian territory (12-14 °C) but it’s may be rainy. The
most colorful month due to leaf fall. The weather in November is coolly and wet but is warmer than other
Ukrainian cities due to southern climate, about 8-10 degrees Celsius. Despite it is rather sunny in autumn in
Odessa.

Winters are not very cold and snowy. December is dry. Temperature is 0-5 °C. It’s can be snowy on
New Year and Christmas holidays. The temperature in January is the coldest (about -5-10) but last
years it was warmer (about -2-5 °C on sunny days). February can be snowy and cold but last years it’s
rather warm month (about 0-2°C). The winter in Odessa is the most warm but it has rather wet air. In
snowy weeks it’s very picturesquely in parks and sea shores.

Dogma Club Ministerium
True Ministry of Leisure is located in the heart of Odessa, where you can enjoy exquisite cuisine in a
comfortable atmosphere thanks to the restored interior, which will take you through the nineteenth century,
and gives a feeling of warmth and cosiness.
The entrance in Ministerium begins with the grand staircase that leads to a bright hall, connecting three
other ones: Red Room, Noblesse Hall and Triumph Hall. Each room is open 24H and ready to cater for any
event on your requirement. All rooms are completely autonomous: includes high-quality sound and lighting
equipment, a separate restrooms and separate staff entrance.
Central bar
Central bar is a very fancy decorated bar. Low ceilings with arches, steel tables with huge stone table tops,
leather chairs and dim light. Live music, best DJ, fun cocktails will make your night unforgettable.
Adds to that a barber shop located right inside the bar, so men can get their hair done while waiting for
coffee.

QUOTATION AND PRICES
All rates are net, in EURO/USD and include VAT.
They are based on numbers stated in the program and are estimated on 2019 prices
Albatros reserves the right to adjust elements of the quotation should the program change. These include
the alteration of venues and the reduction of numbers from that listed above. Prices are based on
anticipated numbers of guests. Rates may increase and/or services/venues may need to be changed if
numbers should increase or decrease. Any changes in minimum or maximum numbers may result in re-
costing of services.
Standard Payment Schedule for Ground Services exclUDING Accommodation
Albatros requests 100% payment for services booked according to the following schedule:
On agreement of programme in writing…………………………………………0% of estimated total
30 days prior to group arrival………………………………………………………….40% of estimated total
10 days prior to group arrival………………………… ………………………………40% of estimated total
Upon group arrival ………………………… ………………………………10% of estimated total
Cancellation Policy for Ground Services
Albatros will always try to keep cancellation fees charged by suppliers to a minimum. Any changes or
cancellation of programmust be received in writing.
From confirmation date to 30 days prior to travel…….. 10% of total estimated ground arrangements
will be charged
Cancellation within 30 – 3 days of operation……..…… 30% of total estimated ground arrangements
will be charged
Cancellation less than 3 days prior to operation……. 100% of total estimated ground arrangements
will be charged
For partial cancellation, Albatros will allowa drop in number of participants to a maximum of 10% on the
figures confirmed 60 days prior to the operation and this up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Additional Items
All extra billing services and items added during operation are subject to Albatros’s handling fee of 15%.
