Dibyendu Mukherjee Dallas was responsible for digitizing Brand Books (Tropicana, Quaker, Doritos, Quaker, Pepsi) as part of PepsiCo President’s Digital Asset Management initiative. The Brand Books were made available for users through the PepsiCo App Store. As part of this effort, Dibyendu also established the Trade Center of Excellence with a charter to enable divisions with people, process, and technology capabilities to improve trade spend ROI in response to the strategic initiative of the CFO to improve the company’s net revenue.
