 Create Sync from Supervisor to Higher Level Position (when making changes on employee record
in Job information)
 Sync Cost Center Changes on Employee record (Job information) to Position.
 Add FLSA/EEO to Position or create a rule to sync to Job.
 Create Workflow for Position creation (but not modification)
 Report to display Supervisor's Person ID, instead of User ID
 Analytics page setting – reports in ORD format (National ID & Employee Category)
 Add a rule in Hire/Rehire and Add/Re-add workflow to check if manager has been entered - this
will avoid being able to submit a workflow that doesn't have a manager and the workflow being
stuck in limbo and work lost.
 Need to add a tax notification group
• Configuration of foundation objects like legal entity, location, division, department etc.
• Configuring propagation rules, Event reasons, Derivation Rules and setting up the same.
