Arbitration
• Mediation: Parties to the dispute sit with third party
and discuss. The mediator only facilitate the parties
to settle the matter.
• Conciliation: Parties to the dispute discuss the
subject issue in presence of third party wherein the
third party may suggest the way out for settlement.
• Arbitration: The disputes are referred to third party
to be adjudicated by him on merits, no settlement.
