Network, Lead... Compete! DECA is a new student run organization introduced to UOIT in October 2010. By giving students hands-on experiences in the fields of marketing, business and entrepreneurship, DECA enhances the classroom experience by providing conferences and competitions that mold university students into character-driven leaders. Separate programs and activities are conducted for the university division called DECA U.
