Communication and engagement make a difference. Having worked as a communication and engagement specialist within business for many years I have seen the difference made when it goes well and also when it just does not go at all. It is a fascinating space in which to work and whilst thankfully there is now much evidence to support the importance of organisational communication and engagement it does not make the achievement of effective communication and engagement any easier.
