Day of Difference Foundation is a charity dedicated to reducing the incidence and impact of children’s critical injury in Australia. In 2013, the Day of Difference Foundation formed a partnership with the University of Sydney, Sydney Nursing School to commence the 6-year Paediatric Critical Injury Research Program - a world first to pool information from 10 years of emergency department data to determine causes and related impacts. As a result, and from January 2017, our Hospital Care Program is directly supporting parents and families of critically injured children at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital.
