To whom it may concern:
I have had the privilege of working with Ms Dawn Stefanyk for the past 6 years. I feel it
is a great honor to write a letter of reference for her. During my tenure as a Life Cycle Materials
Manager for the CH124 Sea King Helicopter in Ottawa, I relied heavily on Ms Stefanyk’s supply
knowledge and work ethics. Working in two different provinces is quite challenging, and having
someone who can handle the logistics at the unit level is essential. Especially, for the acquisition
of parts and the return and disposal of time expired components.
Ms Stefanyk was an integral member of the supply department at 12 Wing. Her
commitment to detail and perseverance, allowed for the acquisition of some vital major aircraft
components. Without hesitation, she took immediate action in the strategic placement of
shipping containers, at an US International parts manufacture. This was pivotal to the making
delivery deadlines preventing contract termination.
Ms Stefanyk is extremely professional and goal oriented. She demonstrates exceptional
leadership skills and qualities far above what is required at her current next rank. Her dedication
and unsurpassed job expertise, were key to the achievements by, and sustained capabilities of 12
Wing.
It has been a pleasure working with her these last few years and I would highly
recommend her for any position.
