I am currently in the military as a physician within the United States Air Force. I was trained as a physician-scientist obtaining both an MD and a PhD. I completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and my particular area of interest in terms of research is in the area of contraception. I am a big supporter of over-the-counter access to oral contraception.
