I have 30 years of training experience. Starting with IT and for the past 16 years working soley with trainers helping them to go from trainer to training facilitator. I have since transferred all this know-how to webinars and developed an on-line workshop 'A step by step approach to creating totally interactive webinars'. Eureka has an English and French branch.
