I work remotely and provide support in a variety of related areas (examples): - analysis & reporting of internal pay relativities pre and post pay & bonus reviews - salary survey and benchmarking analysis and reporting - job evaluation (primarily WTW and Hay) - internal staff survey review, analysis and reporting - ad hoc, interim and exceptional pay reviews, analysis and reporting - drafting, copy-editing and graphic design of change and engagement comms - support for RFI & RFP stages for reward and performance system procurement I am available on a contract basis and am able to quote for specified work or operate on an hourly / daily charge basis.
