About

• Undertake economic analysis (qualitative and quantitative) relevant to the environment portfolio, including natural resource management, resource allocation, environmental mangement and regulation, productivity and economic performance issues • Provide economic advice to stakeholders including cost benefit analysis for forestry biodiversity projects, developing regulatory change costing initiatives in the water sector and researching/advising on the applicability of externally produced policy proposals for Victoria • Prepare reports, briefings, and undertake community and peak body consultation across the Department’s scope of responsibilities
