similar auto strategies. It requires users to learn how to
program. No need to with AIOTrade.
- StrategyRunner offers a complicated C++ software
capability. No need w/AIOTrade.
- Other similar (but limited) applications are available
Only AIOTrade makes it simple by requiring users to
simply click. No software programs to learn. No
engineering background required. No extensive
engineering costs to pay to develop trading strategies.
Besides the tuning is quick and simple.

These 2 applications (Charting + Auto Trades),
both presently called AIOTrade, need to be
integrated into one.
A few weeks or months of integrated development
is therefore needed before marketability of the
combined package.
Then adaptation to the API of each Broker’s
software will be further required (passing orders,
commands & reports) which may take a few days
or weeks.
Further improvements to the combined package
could be developed for years as requested by
users.

 AIOTrade Venture is looking for an initial
investment (1st
seed) of TBD as per the Excel
Business plan. Investment to be made available
per lots of $100K to be used as needed. Each
$100K Lot will carry its own % of Company
shares depending on the exit selected by the

 Excel & Word files of the Business Plan can be
made available to potential Investors upon
signing a Non Disclosure Agreement & showing
real Good Intentions to participate in
AIOTrade’s future success.
