The course outlined how PPPs can help governments, especially in developing countries, develop and maintain infrastructure to support economic growth and deliver basic services, as many governments struggle to do so. The course was led by Fernanda Ruiz Nuñez and Jane Jamieson of the World Bank Group and Dianne Rudo of Rudo International Advisors.
