Solving problems is my passion. There’s no one correct way to do something, but at the end of the day there also needs to be a unified approach taken to tackle challenges that would otherwise obstruct forward progress. I’ve grown experienced in driving communication between Engineers and Support/Product teams when tackling problems and developing/implementing solutions for them. I can investigate and assess problems from an analytical point of view the way that an engineer would, and convey this information to anyone regardless of their position or background.
