CrossEngage is a cloud-based open marketing platform, combining a customer data platform with cross-channel campaign management capabilities. The platform easily integrates with different data sources and marketing channels. CrossEngage takes care of customer data management as well as of the decision which marketing campaign and channel to select per user. The delivery of messages is left to existing providers per marketing channel so that the existing marketing infrastructure doesn t́ need to be replaced.
