provide quality physicians in a timely fashion when unforeseen coverage needs arise.
Most of our physicians have private practices or are completing their Residency/Fellowship training and
have simply chosen to provide additional coverage during their off time. Our physicians understandthe
importance of representing your hospital or medical practice with professionalism and a sense of
commitment.

 Our temporary physician coverage fees are the lowest in the market
 Our placement fee for hiring one of our temporary physicians is the lowest in the market
 We will provideacreditto the placement fee due for each hour worked by the MD being hired
On occasion,we findthat clientshave sourceda physician,butneeda vehicle formalpractice coverage.
If you choose to "run the physician" through Salient MD in such a situation, we will reduce our fees by
50%.

provide coverage at a facility or for a group with whom you are generally unfamiliar. It is with these
understandings that we strive to create a great coverage experience for you.
We provide very competitive compensation and professional liability coverage. We will also assist with
travel arrangementsif necessaryforyourassignment.Andwe are availabletohelpwithanyissueswhich
may arise during the course of an assignment.
