Dear Colin
The Board of CoRE, at the meeting last Wednesday, asked me to write to you to thank you
for all your hard work in setting up CoRE, acting as company secretary and seeing CoRE
through to the current situation whereby the foundations have been laid to enable it to play a
significant role in the refurbishment of our stock.
We will miss your wise counsel as well as your calm approach to the numerous issues which
confronted us in our early days. You were always ready with a constructive solution and the
gap which you leave will not be easy to fill.
You were kind enough to say to me that, if David Pierpoint or I needed any help or advice in
the future, we should get in touch with you. I suspect that we may well take up that offer.
