Exercise 1
· 1 against 1.
· Goal: Win 1 to 1 and score a goal.
Variation:
· Change the number of players (4 or 5).
· Modify the size of the field.Tips
(Offensive):
· Change the speed to win the 1 against 1.
· Use feints to win 1 on 1.
· Use both feet.
· After winning 1 on 1 increases speed
and enters the back of the defender. Finish fast.Tips
(Offensive):
· Run as fast as possible to increase the distance
between ball carrier
and goal. ·
Close the direct line to the beacon.
· Try to slow the ball carrier.
· Attack the ball when it is away from the foot.
· Use the body to win the ball.
Exercício
· 1 contra 1.
· Objetivo: Vencer 1 a 1 e marcar um gol.
Variação:
· Alterar o número de jogadores (4 ou 5).
· Modifique o tamanho do campo.
(Ofensiva):
· Altere a velocidade para ganhar o 1 contra 1.
· Use fintas para ganhar 1 em 1.
· Use os dois pés.
· Depois de ganhar 1 em 1 aumenta a
velocidade
e entra na parte de trás do defensor. Termine
rápido. Dicas (ofensivas):
· Corra o mais rápido possível para aumentar a
distância entre o portador da bola e objetivo. ·
Feche a linha direta para o farol.
· Tente desacelerar o portador da bola.
Atacar a bola quando esta estiver longe do pé.
· Use o corpo para ganhar a bola.

back in speed to catch the ball at
point A, continue through point B
and go to point C and return to the
