A small business sales leader. I am most comfortable when I can create momentum, not maintain it. I've worked in many areas of small business but love sales and marketing. Why? I love to compete and win. Think about the sale you fought day and night to close or the outrageous marketing idea (can we really do that?) which left the competition in the dust. Those examples and more are why my passion is sales and marketing. I also love leading. Leaders draw out passion and get team members to realize their potential. We all fight together as one team, we all win together. No one ever wins without their team.
