This game is about discussing things and recognizing what makes you unfit and fit. Check out the game rules and have fun with it.

1. Fit/Unfit Game
This group is in the form of a game. Participants get into two teams, The Fit Teamand
the Unfit Team. The Fit team will start and use the board to name items that are
opposite of their team (things that make you Unfit). Team two, the Unfit Teamdoes the
same by naming items that are opposite of their team (things that make you Fit).
Categories can include T.V., music, movies, thoughts, food, social, products, work,
substances, etc. Team members will be given a certain amount of time to name these
items until the timer runs out. The team with the most items win the game. The
participants can end with a discussion about what being fit and unfit means to them,
which can include the consequences of being fit and unfit.
