Anne Byres, provides staff to
hospitals and care homes across
the UK.
It is already a stand out player

sensitive staff.
The judges said: “While

accountancy business with
setting up a new business, Kelly-

from the first year of her

ambition for the future growth

emphasis is on providing quality
staff and service. The team are

Guy Taylor of The Granary Estates
is a farmer whose drive and ambi-
tion has led him to diversify the
business.
It now includes a thriving
weddings and events venue, based
on the conversion of historic but
redundant barns, and a gastro pub
in the local village.
The judges said: “We were struck
by the level of hard work, determi-
nation and vision that Guy has. He
is someone that has lots of ambi-
tion and does not stand still.
“In the last couple of years he
has started a new business, taken
on an established business with the
existing staff and expanded his
original contract farming
business.”
