 US Health Care Spending is currently $2.7 Trillion,
    and growing faster than GDP
2/3 of our shareholders are doctors
Business Model

MediBid derives revenue from several different
sources:

 Companies are charged a percentage of money saved
 Individuals are charged $25 per request for care
 Facilities and physicians are charged an annual subscription fee

Investor’s magic word: recurring monthly revenue.

Two Problems in One: Transparency and Cost

 In the United States, facilities and physicians do not disclose
     their true prices

 The true cost of care is typically determined 2 weeks after a
     patient leaves hospital

 Because there is no pricing transparency, health care
     providers frequently overcharge

Copyright © MediBid Inc 2012 All Rights Reserved
US Model: Who pays?
 Health insurance is paid for by employers, and most
    self-insure
 Companies pay out of pocket for most medical
        procedures.

 Personal health insurance often has a high
    deductible
MediBid: the Marketplace for Medicine
 MediBid brings true pricing transparency to the healthcare
    market
 Just as a homeowner can get multiple bids for a home
renovation, Patients can use MediBid to get cost certainty.
Customers

 We currently have over 100 facilities and 6000
    physicians registered

 Our first corporate client over a 4 month period
saved just over $1MM with only a limited rollout
MediBid Overview

 MediBid brings transparency to the healthcare market by
giving patients access to truly unique pricing information
    otherwise unavailable

 Using a tendering process, patients review physician
responses to their requests for care and choose the best
    doctor for them

 Doctors are matched with local and distant patients looking for
    their specific specialty
MediBid Competition
 Castlight
 DocInsight
 FaircareMD
 ZocDoc
 PriceDoc
 All of these competitors attempt to address
transparency with general information. MediBid is
the only company that puts medical procedures to
tender, and only MediBid gives patients bespoke
    pricing information.
Risks

 Moving too slowly

 Sub-optimal advertising

 Hiring of key sales staff
Investment

 We are looking for funds to maximize our exposure
    and build our brand

 We are currently seeking $1.5MM for 25% of the
    business
Application of Funds
New funds will be spent on items that cause top line
growth:

 Advertising
 Sales Representatives
 Technological upgrades for new revenue streams
    (when necessary)
Exit Strategy
Likely exit scenarios:
  Earn out
 After Year 3 MediBid will have enough free cash flow to repay
         the initial investment

 Bought out by first round of VC
 There are several VC firms waiting for us to show critical mass

 Bought out by a hospital network to close us down
 Transparency represents a real threat to traditional Corporate
         Medicine
