1. I’ve participated Ackerman’s launching of season14 and 15,
started from styles discussion, fabric/colour approval and sample
confirmation. The pictures displayed are from Ackermans’s
magazine in July/August, 2014 which was sourced and
coordinated by me.
I was in charge of pre-girls department. I’ve done the majority of
denim, woven, knitting for t-shirts, skirts, dresses, pants, legging,
cardigan…etc. I maintained firm relationships with numerous
factories in China that enhances the efficient production plan
and expected costs for my clients.
Our production line was managed under critical path to track
every order’s detail and production control to assure everything
is under monitoring. Normally I had over 200 styles in a season
that is really a considerable challenge to be arranged and to be
delivered within ETD.
One of our significant product for pre-girls is license. I was
responsible for Hello Kitty(Sanrio), Disney characters and
Dora(nickelodeon) for the styles by printing and embroidery. I
engaged in the whole process of applying license and obtaining
approvals.
The product of pre-girls are diversity, thus I acquired abundant
knowledge in raw material, fabric types, styles and inspection. I
had assistants assisting me in checking the strike off and samples
while most of the time I focused on communication to integrate
all information that ensure buyers, factories and I are able to
reach the most effective and efficient communication outcomes.
