My name is Lim Song Joo, Singaporean.
I have known Ms Tang Ngoc Thoai Anh Since 2015. We first met on a platform for Entrepreneurs and
Start-ups curated by a government supported Not-For-Profit agency.
Over the course of the next several months, I had witness her enthusiasm and energy towards creating a
positive and value-add mindset to those around her. She took effort to get to reach out unconditionally,
reiterating where and how her business can add value through various collaboration and sharing.
As a young entrepreneur and CEO of Kumo Pte Ltd, she demonstrated overwhelmingly her hunger to do
more and value-add instead of being in a safe corporate environment. She left her position in a well-
known Global Technology Company to pursue her dreams. In her business model, she helps to
customised solutions to enterprise owners who will otherwise labour under layers of manual processes
and repetitive work. Through her knowledge of IT and web-based IT solution architecture, she helped
enterprises make inroads to improve productivity through her company’s product and services. I believe
