Accomplished trainer and dressage rider, Dr. Cesar Parra is an authority in the world of equine training and care. Never straying from his personal philosophy, Dr. Para made it a personal mission to acquire, and develop quality horses to their highest potential.
Riding to victory in the 2002 Festival of Champions, this would prove to be the first of many victories Dr. Parra would achieve.
