I am experienced in promoting patient rights, conducting clinical negligence claims for claimants, providing representation for families at Inquests, devising and delivering legal training courses, setting up new practice areas and teams, managing budgets within a legal practice. I have the benefit of experience gained working with AvMA on policy development in particular with regards to representation at Inquests, funding of clinical negligence claims, and patient safety. I am experienced in providing legal training. I also have a range of media experience including TV and national press and use that to protect my clients' privacy.
