Cara is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who received her Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. Cara takes a holistic approach as a practitioner, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. She has several years experience administering a variety of therapeutic modalities to patients suffering from physical and emotional conditions that include Neurostar Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), biofeedback therapy, therapeutic exercise, nutritional counseling, and Reconnective Healing.
