As cofounder and Executive Director of Equality Charter School in the Bronx, New York, Caitlin Franco oversees the academic, personal, and social growth of middle and high school students. Caitlin Franco leads a program that combines individualized instruction, career and college guidance, and socioemotional support to help each student become ready for college and career. Since opening the school in 2009, Ms. Franco has helped hundreds of students envision and work toward meaningful postsecondary pursuits. Caitlin Franco received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English education from Stony Brook University in New York, where she made the dean's list every semester.
