Concreto armado
Para la cimentación, columnas, muros de corte, vigas, y losas aligeradas:
Resistencia a la compresión f’c= 210 Kg/cm2
Peso Especifico ɣc = 2400 Kg/m3
Módulo de Elasticidad 𝐸=15000√ 𝑓′𝑐=217370.65Kg/cm2
Módulo de Corte 𝐺 = 0.417 × 𝐸 = 90643.56 Kg/cm2
Módulo de Poisson µ = 0.20
Acero de construcción (Grado 60)
Como refuerzo de los elementos estructurales
Resistencia a la Fluencia fy = 4,200 kg/cm2.
Módulo de Elasticidad E = 2000000 Kg/cm².
Acero de Estructural (ASTM A36)
Para los Tijerales y Correas Metálicas
Resistencia a la Fluencia fy = 2,530 kg/cm2.
Módulo de Elasticidad E = 2.0E+06 Kg/cm².
Para el diseño de los diferentes elementos resistentes de concreto armado de la
edificación se han aplicado los requerimientos mínimos prescritos por el Reglamento
Nacional de Edificaciones vigente y de sus Norma Técnicas pertinente para el presente
caso, y que son las siguientes:
a) Norma de Cargas E.020
b) Norma de Diseño Sismorresistente E.030
c) Norma de Suelos y Cimentaciones E.050
d) Norma de Concreto Armado E.060
4. Estructuración
Debido que mientras más compleja es la estructura, más difícil resulta predecir su
comportamiento sísmico, es recomendable que la estructura sea lo más simple y
sencilla de manera que la idealización necesaria para su análisis sísmico sea lo más
real posible. También debe evitarse que los elementos no estructurales distorsionen la
distribución de fuerzas consideradas, pues generan fuerzas en elementos que no
fueron diseñadas para esas condiciones.
Por ello es recomendable tener en cuenta los siguientes aspectos para la
estructuración del edificio

 Resistencia y Ductilidad,
 Híperestaticidad y Monolitismo,
 Uniformidad y continuidad de la Estructura
 Rigidez Lateral
 Referente al Diseño en Concreto Armado
 En el diseño de flexión se debe buscar la falla por tracción evitando la falla
por compresión.
 En elementos sometidos a flexión y cortante dar más capacidad por cortante
buscando evitar la falla por corte.
 En elementos sometidos a compresiones importantes confinar al concreto
con refuerzo de acero transversal.
 Diseñar los elementos continuos con cuantías de acero en tracción y en
compresión que permita la redistribución de momentos y una adecuada
ductilidad.
 Diseñar las columnas con mayor capacidad de resistir momentos que las
vigas, de tal manera que las rotulas plásticas se formen en los extremos de
las vigas y no en las columnas.
 En elementos sometidos a flexo compresión y cortante (columnas y muros)
dar más capacidad por cortante que por flexión.
El sistema que se ha empleado, vistos los requerimientos necesarios, es un SISTEMA DE
MUROS ESTRUCTURALES EN LOS DOS SENTIDOS PARA CADA UNO DE LOS
TRES BLOQUES EN LOS QUE SE DIVIDIRA TODA LA EDIFICACION, ello para que la
estructura tenga un comportamiento adecuado frente a la acción sísmica y a su vez
cumplir con lo estipulado en la norma E.030.
Con los criterios antes mencionados se realizó la estructuración en compatibilización de
la arquitectura.

5. Metrado de Cargas
Para el metrado de cargas se siguió lo mencionado en la Norma de Cargas E.020,
donde se tiene los pesos unitarios de los distintos materiales empleados en la
construcción, así como también las distintas sobrecargas en función al tipo de uso de
la edificación.
Para el análisis estructural se consideró lo siguiente:
Cargas de Gravedad
Las cargas de gravedad son las generadas por el peso propio de los diferentes
elementos estructurales y no estructurales de la edificación y las generadas por las
cargas vivas que actúan por la función que cumple esta construcción.
Para calcular los pesos propios de los elementos estructurales y no estructurales, se
han considerado los siguientes pesos unitarios:
Cargas Permanentes:
Elementos de concreto simple : 2300 kg/m3
Elementos de concreto armado : 2400 kg/m3
Losa Solida 20 cm : 300 kg/m2
Contrapiso mas Piso de madera machiembrada : 91 kg/m2
Unidad de albañilería sólida (ladrillo) : 1800 kg/m3
Unidad de albañilería hueca (bloqueta) : 1350 kg/m3

5.1. Modelamiento de la Estructura
El análisis estructural de la Edificación, se ha realizado con ayuda del programa
ETABS versión 15.0.0, ajustándolo a las normas peruanas. Mediante este podemos
encontrar los esfuerzos últimos para luego con estos diseñar las vigas, las columnas
y los muros de corte, asimismo las cimentaciones.
La ubicación de las cargas permanentes corresponderá a la ubicación de los
elementos estructurales y no estructurales los mismos que ya no son móviles,
considerados según la disposición del proyecto arquitectónico.
La ubicación de las sobrecargas será en función de la ubicación del elemento
estructural según la disposición del proyecto arquitectónico.

Para el diseño de los diferentes elementos resistentes de concreto armado de la edificación se han aplicado los requerimientos mínimos prescritos por el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones vigente y de sus Norma Técnicas pertinente para el presente caso, y que son las siguientes: a) Norma de Cargas E.020 b) Norma de Diseño Sismorresistente E.030 c) Norma de Suelos y Cimentaciones E.050 d) Norma de Concreto Armado E.060 4. Estructuración Debido que mientras más compleja es la estructura, más difícil resulta predecir su comportamiento sísmico, es recomendable que la estructura sea lo más simple y sencilla de manera que la idealización necesaria para su análisis sísmico sea lo más real posible. También debe evitarse que los elementos no estructurales distorsionen la distribución de fuerzas consideradas, pues generan fuerzas en elementos que no fueron diseñadas para esas condiciones. Por ello es recomendable tener en cuenta los siguientes aspectos para la estructuración del edificio  Simplicidad y Simetría,

MODELO DE MEMORIA DE CÁLCULO --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MEMORIA DE CÁLCULO ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Resistencia y Ductilidad,  Híperestaticidad y Monolitismo,  Uniformidad y continuidad de la Estructura  Rigidez Lateral  Referente al Diseño en Concreto Armado  En el diseño de flexión se debe buscar la falla por tracción evitando la falla por compresión.  En elementos sometidos a flexión y cortante dar más capacidad por cortante buscando evitar la falla por corte.  En elementos sometidos a compresiones importantes confinar al concreto con refuerzo de acero transversal.  Diseñar los elementos continuos con cuantías de acero en tracción y en compresión que permita la redistribución de momentos y una adecuada ductilidad.  Diseñar las columnas con mayor capacidad de resistir momentos que las vigas, de tal manera que las rotulas plásticas se formen en los extremos de las vigas y no en las columnas.  En elementos sometidos a flexo compresión y cortante (columnas y muros) dar más capacidad por cortante que por flexión. El sistema que se ha empleado, vistos los requerimientos necesarios, es un SISTEMA DE MUROS ESTRUCTURALES EN LOS DOS SENTIDOS PARA CADA UNO DE LOS TRES BLOQUES EN LOS QUE SE DIVIDIRA TODA LA EDIFICACION, ello para que la estructura tenga un comportamiento adecuado frente a la acción sísmica y a su vez cumplir con lo estipulado en la norma E.030. Con los criterios antes mencionados se realizó la estructuración en compatibilización de la arquitectura. ESTRUCTURACION VISTA EN TRES DIMENSIONES

Metrado de Cargas Para el metrado de cargas se siguió lo mencionado en la Norma de Cargas E.020, donde se tiene los pesos unitarios de los distintos materiales empleados en la construcción, así como también las distintas sobrecargas en función al tipo de uso de la edificación. Para el análisis estructural se consideró lo siguiente: Cargas de Gravedad Las cargas de gravedad son las generadas por el peso propio de los diferentes elementos estructurales y no estructurales de la edificación y las generadas por las cargas vivas que actúan por la función que cumple esta construcción. Modelamiento de la Estructura El análisis estructural de la Edificación, se ha realizado con ayuda del programa ETABS versión 15.0.0, ajustándolo a las normas peruanas. Mediante este podemos encontrar los esfuerzos últimos para luego con estos diseñar las vigas, las columnas y los muros de corte, asimismo las cimentaciones. La ubicación de las cargas permanentes corresponderá a la ubicación de los elementos estructurales y no estructurales los mismos que ya no son móviles, considerados según la disposición del proyecto arquitectónico.
