ABSTRACT
Title: Diagnostic of the directive competition "taking of not structured decisions" in the
company NamPower of Namibia.
Author: Christina Swartbooi
To make a decision, whichever it is their nature, it is necessary to analyze the
problem, for this way to be able to give him solution. In some cases, to be so simple and
daily, this process is carried out in an implicit way and it is solved quickly, but others
exist in which the consequences of decision can have repercussions in the results of
the organization.
In the Company NamPower has not been carried out investigations of this type for
what is ignored concretely which the development level is of each one of the
components of the competition. The purpose of this investigation consists on
diagnosing the level of development of the competition in this company. Although one
has the idea that the level of development of the competition in the directive of the
Company NamPower.
The importance and novelty of the investigation resides in to identify and to give to
know the main problems that not limit the taking of decisions structured in the
directive of the Company Nampower.
