I'm the Instructional Design and learning technology leader at CSAA Insurance Group. In other words, I lead all of the training solution development. I'm known for actively listening to, and understanding, the needs of my clients. CSAA IG is known for a lot of things, but what I like most is the focus on a healthy culture of high performance and work/life balance. I love to travel with my wife and kids. I spend as much time hiking and backpacking as possible. In between all of that, I enjoy reading -- especially biographies.
