Previously, he was an Assistant Videographer at Northwest Missouri State University, where he spearheaded video projects. He also worked as a Producer at KNWT Channel 8, where he produced and edited multiple television shows. Bland has a Bachelor's degree in Television Production from Northwest Missouri State University.
