My professional training and experience is in education and mental health. I'm thrilled that I now get to combine these two worlds. My areas of focus involve promoting healthy learning environments that begin with improving working conditions, resilience, and overall wellness for educators and caretakers of young people. My work involves conducting relevant research, writing papers for practitioners, teaching post-secondary coursework, supervising practical experiences, and delivering workshops to school and community-based professionals.
