My career experience includes military, customer service, training, and project management. I bring an enthusiastic leadership style and enjoy training and developing others for success. Community involvement and support of Veterans initiatives are my passions. I possess a keen ability to recognize talent, assemble cohesive teams, and develop associates into powerful leaders. Associates who I recruited, trained, and developed have gone on to become Employee-of-the-Year, Manager-of-the-Year, and earned promotions to Sr. Management and Director roles.
