Currently leading the effort to develop a new planning approach and 5-year strategic plan for Saint Luke's Health System. A key objective of the new planning approach is to more tightly align various existing plans throughout the health system such as the long range operating/captial budget forecasts, long range volume projections, master facility plans, quality management plan, and regional development plans. Additionally the new approach will more effectively align hospital and product line plans with the overarching health system plan.
