Bob Taylor was hired as a contract sales agent in November 2015 to establish and grow markets for printed shrink sleeves and roll labels in the Southeast U.S. for WJ Packaging Solutions Corp. Based on customer and quote feedback provided by Bob, it was determined that due to market conditions and logistics of delivering products from Korea, WJ Packaging could not be competitive in these markets in the Southeast. As a result, Bob's agency contract was discontinued as of July 31, 2016, though this was no reflection on his abilities or expertise, for which he received a recommendation for future employment.

We hired Bob as a contract sales agent starting November 2015 to investigate, establish and
grow two markets for us – Printed Shrink Sleeves and Printed Roll Labels – in the Southeast
U.S. states. We contracted Bob for his expertise and market knowledge of both types of
packaging in this sales territory. Bob performed the duties and requirements of the contract with
professionalism and pursued both large and small potential customers.
Based on the customer and quote feedback Bob presented, it became apparent that due to market
conditions and logistics in delivering a finished product from our factories in Korea, that we are
unable to be competitive in these two markets in the Southeast U.S. states.
For the above reasons, we elected to discontinue the agency contract with Bob as of July 31,
2016. This is no reflection of Bob’s abilities and expertise with these product lines. I wish Bob
success in his next endeavor and can unquestionably recommend Bob for future employment or
agency positions to any prospective company that seeks his extensive product knowledge.
